We take our maple syrup and infuse it with wild foraged Black Trumpet mushrooms. Adds a fantastic flavor and aroma to the syrup. Black Trumpets have a very unique truffle-like flavor. This syrup is great as a meat glaze, on top of ice cream, and countless other gourmet applications.
