We take fresh local, wild-foraged spruce tips and infuse them into to our wood fired maple syrup to make this product. The actual spruce tips are filtered out before bottling, but the citrusy flavor and aroma remain. There are no other ingredients. This unique combination is surprisingly good and has a ton of culinary applications.
